Yes, Fuzion will be participating in Saint Lucia Vaxxed Mas 2022

  • The full details of “Vaxxed Mas” will be provided by the Government of Saint Lucia, however what is certain is that all Revellers and service providers MUST be fully vaccinated (1 dose or 2 doses of WHO approved vaccinations plus 2 weeks) to participate.
  • Further information will be shared with our revellers once information is provided by the Government of Saint Lucia.
Your Fuzion Mas package includes;
  • Your epic costume to chip down the road

  • Registration reopens on March 10th 2022 via our website.
  • To complete your registration for St Lucia Carnival 2022 with Fuzion Mas, you will need to complete an online registration form, and pay the deposit specific to your costume choice, that is: frontline or backline or male. A registration is considered complete only when accompanied by a NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit.
Down payments are due at registration to complete the process and the amounts are as follows:
  • Male – $150 USD | $390 XCD
  • Backline -$150 USD | $390 XCD
  • Frontline – $250 USD | $650 XCD

  • It is advised to include $100 USD/ $260 XCD for feathered pieces in addition to your deposit if possible.
The non-refundable, non-transferable deposit payment will only guarantee a space in the band. In order to fully confirm your costume preference, 80% of your costume must be paid by May 31st 2022. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the costume being put back into inventory for sale and no refund with be awarded at this point.

Fuzion accepts cash only via our designated Fuzion Mas committee members. Credit and debit cards are accepted via our Mas OS platform for online registration only.
  • Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non- Transferable.
  • Upon withdrawal and/or cancellation of a registration by or before March 31st 2022, revellers are entitled to a refund of 50% of the payments received, after the deduction of the NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit.
  • Any registration withdrawal and/or cancellation claims falling within the period of April 1st, 2022 to May 31st 2022 are subject to a 25% refund of payments received, after the deduction of the NON REFUNDBALE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit.
  • After May 31st, 2022 all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Exchange or switching of sections/costumes/costume type etc., will not be facilitated upon completion of your registration (i.e., once a deposit is paid) by new registrants
  • Revellers who registered in 2020 will have until March 31st, 2022 to confirm sizes, sections or switch sections.
In the event of a costume sale Fuzion Mas will not change the name on the existing registrations.
If the owner of the costume wishes to sell their costume, they must provide the purchaser with the following:

Signed transfer letter, clear copy of owner’s ID (name and signature on ID must match those on record and transfer letter) and a valid copy of the collectors ID.

  • Your deposit can be rolled over to Carnival 2023.
  • You can sell your spot before May 31st 2022 and be fully reimbursed once transfer information is provided to the band. Please contact registration@fuzionmas.com
Yes they can, all costumes must be collected during collection period unless other arrangements were made and approved by the band. Persons collecting costumes must present a valid ID for confirmation. IF A THIRD PARTY IS COLLECTING YOUR COSTUME THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
  • A COPY OF THE DRIVER’S LICENCE, PASSPORT PAGE OR NATIONAL ID OF THE REVELER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • A COPY OF THE COLLECTERS’ OWN VALID ID CARD/DRIVERS LICENCE/PASSPORT
  • AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER

An individual is considered a registered member of Fuzion Mas, herein referred to as ‘the Band’,  ONLY when they have paid in full the minimum deposit of $200.00 USD for a backline female and male costume or a minimum deposit of $300.00 USD for frontline options.

You must submit your own email address and telephone number as this will ensure direct notifications for all updates concerning your costume package and updates within the Band.

Please ensure that all of the information provided is accurate and that the design specifics and fit of the costume are considered when providing the required personal details during registration as the information provided at the time of registration is FINAL.

No refund claims made can be on the basis of fit nor will an exchange of costume be facilitated. 

Please be advised that the selection of a full frontline costume (no downgraded backpacks) requires the reveller to wear the entire costume at the final judging point on the first day of presentation. 

In the event of a costume sale, Fuzion Mas will not change the name on the existing registration. If the owner of the costume wishes to sell their costume, they must provide the purchaser with the following:

➔ Signed transfer letter of authorisation

➔ A clear copy of the owner’s identification  

N.B. The name and signature on the identification form must match those on record and transfer letter.

1. Minimum backline female and male costume deposit required – $200.00 USD

Minimum frontline costume deposit required – $300.00 USD

2. The NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE deposit only confirms a space in the Band

3. Production of a reveller’s costume is only guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the costume cost by April 30th, 2024. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your payment amount and costume.

The Band reserves the right to put any costume back into inventory for sale if a reveller fails to pay at least 80% of the value of their costume by May 31st, 2023 additionally, no refund will be awarded once the payment threshold is not met by the stipulated deadline.

4. Any special requests for alterations/modifications to costumes are subject to Band approval and availability of production materials.

5. Discounted early bird pricing is secured only when FULL PAYMENT is made on or before March 31st, 2023

NOTE WELL: Pre registrants are entitled to early bird pricing automatically once their deposit has
been paid in FULL by February 29th , 2024.

6. All costume payments should be made in full before or on June 30th, 2023. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your costume and payment amount.

***EXPERIENCE COST INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: COSTUMES, BREAKFAST (ON CARNIVAL MONDAY), LUNCH, PREMIUM DRINKS, PRIVATE SECURITY, RESTROOMS, ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDICAL SERVICES.

1. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance and will not be transferred to another reveller or costume order.

2. Upon withdrawal and/or cancellation of a registration by or before March 31st, 2024, revellers are entitled to a refund after the deduction of the NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit, and the $25.00 USD processing fee on payments received by the
Band.


3. Any registration withdrawal and/or cancellation claims falling within the period of April 1st, 2024 to April 29th, 2024 will be refunded the balance of payments received after the deduction of 25% of the costume cost (the deposit is included as part of the 25%) and the $25.00 USD processing fee.


4. Any registration withdrawal and/or cancellation claims falling within the period of April 30th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024 will be refunded the balance of payments received after the
deduction of 50% of the costume cost (the deposit is included as part of the 50%) and the $25.00 USD processing fee.


5. Any registration withdrawal and/or cancellation occurring after May 31 st , 2024 will be refunded the balance of payments received after the deduction of 80% of the costume cost (the deposit is included as part of the 80%) and the $25.00 USD processing fee.

Please note that all refunds are accompanied by a $25.00 USD processing fee.

Costumes will be available for collection from Monday, July 8th, 2024 to Saturday, July 13th, 2024. All costumes must be collected during the collection period unless other arrangements were made and approved by the Band. Persons collecting costumes must present a valid form of identification.

IF A THIRD PARTY IS COLLECTING YOUR COSTUME THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED;

1. A COPY OF A NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD/DRIVER’S LICENSE/PASSPORT BELONGING TO THE REVELLER,NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. A COPY OF THE COLLECTORS’ OWN VALID NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD/DRIVER’S LICENSE/PASSPORT

3. AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER 

The Band reserves the right to take photographic evidence of costume collection by revellers along with copies of personal identification and signatures on collection documents.

Any costumes left uncollected on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. are considered forfeited and will thereby be put back into inventory for sale.
