• If you opt for pre-registration, you have until January 31 st , 2024, to choose your costume. If a choice is
  not made by then, the $100USD is forfeited.
• As a pre-registrant, you have until February 29th to pay the remainder of your deposit. The deposit for a
  frontline costume is $350USD and the backline/male costume is $200USD.
• Once your deposit is paid in full by February 29th , 2024, you can secure the early bird discount.
• The Pre-registration package is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

A reveler will secure early bird pricing if they’ve paid their costume in full by March 31 st, 2024.

Your costume cost must be paid as follows:
Early Bird: Your costume must be paid in full by March 31 st, 2024.
Regular: 50% of your costume cost must be paid by April 30 th , 2024.
80% of your costume cost must be paid by May 31 st , 2024.

We recommend making costume payments regularly, but it’s essential to complete all payments for your
costume by June 30, 2024.

To request new sizing, we suggest reaching out through our official channel at customercare@fuzionmas.com
as soon as possible. Please be aware that accommodating these changes depends on available stock and cannot
be guaranteed.

We can accommodate your request as long as the backpack option for your section is still in stock.

Refunds are determined based on certain factors, including the payments you’ve made, the timing of your
refund request, and other conditions specified in our terms and conditions. Please be aware that all refunds will
be less your non-refundable deposit and a processing fee of USD25.00.

Refunds may take up to 28 business days to appear in your specified account, which can vary depending on your
financial institution and the chosen payment method.

Certainly, you can transfer your costume. It’s important to keep in mind that your name will still be associated
with the order, and the person receiving the costume will be responsible for ongoing payments. Please provide
us with the individual’s name and a copy of their ID for our records. If you’ve pre-registered, please be aware
that the $100USD payment is non-transferable. This means that if you choose to transfer your costume, this
amount will not be included in the transfer.

You can do so via our website www.fuzionmas.com or you can deposit funds to our account at Bank of St.
Lucia. For bank deposit information, please email customercare@fuzionmas.com.

Certainly, you can, but it all depends on the availability of sections and sizes.

Regrettably, Fuzion Mas will not be selling costumes for revelers.

You are required to wear the full costume on Carnival Monday. On Carnival Tuesday, you have the flexibility to
wear your preferred outfit, but you can still opt to wear the complete costume if you prefer.

As per Fuzion’s registration policy, costume deposits are not eligible for refunds. For more details, please review

Certainly, we can process refunds using your original payment method.

Costume pickup is available on any day following your assigned date, but individuals collecting on their designated day will receive priority.
