A reveller will secure early bird pricing if they’ve paid their costume in full by March 31st, 2025 with the exception of pre-registrants and large groups.
Your costume cost must be paid as follows:
Early Bird: Your costume must be paid in full by March 31st, 2025.
Regular: 50% of your costume cost must be paid by April 30th, 2025.
80% of your costume cost must be paid by May 31st, 2025.
We recommend making costume payments regularly, but it’s essential to complete all payments for your costume by June 30, 2025.
To request new sizing, we suggest reaching out through our official channel at customercare@fuzionmas.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that accommodating these changes depends on available stock and cannot be guaranteed. Production begins in March and size changes may be limited by then.
We can accommodate your request as long as the backpack option for your section is still in stock. Please be aware that all backpacks have a $100 deposit.
Refunds are determined based on certain factors, including the payments you’ve made, the timing of your refund request, and other conditions specified in our terms and conditions. Please be aware that all refunds will be less your non-refundable deposit and a processing fee of USD25.00.
Refunds may take up to 28 business days to appear in your specified account, which can vary depending on your financial institution and the chosen payment method.
Certainly, you can transfer your costume. It’s important to keep in mind that your name will still be associated with the order, and the person receiving the costume will be responsible for ongoing payments. Please provide us with the individual’s name and a copy of their ID for our records. If you’ve pre-registered, please be aware that the $100USD payment is non-transferable. Deposits are also non-transferable. This means that if you choose to transfer your costume, the deposit amount (which includes the pre-registration cost) will not be included in the transfer.
You can do so via our website www.fuzionmas.com or you can deposit funds to our account at Bank of St. Lucia. For bank deposit information, please email customercare@fuzionmas.com.
Certainly, but it all depends on the availability of sections and sizes.
Regrettably, Fuzion Mas will not be selling costumes for revellers. However, a reveller can list their own costume on the Marketplace if they choose to or sell it directly to a third party of their choosing.
Customers are free to list their own costumes for sale on the Marketplace. You can do so by logging in to your account and visiting the “My Orders” tab. Once there, simply click the “sell” option and list your costume on the Marketplace.
You are required to wear the full costume on Carnival Monday. On Carnival Tuesday, you have the flexibility to wear your preferred outfit, or the complete costume if you prefer.
As per Fuzion Mas’s refund policy, costume deposits are not eligible for refunds. For more details, please review the refund policy linked here.
Refunds can be done via cheque, EFT or via online payment to the card attached to your payment. Please note that refunds done online will be accompanied by a $25USD processing fee.
