REGULAR PRE-REGISTRATION PACKAGES

Pre-registration secures your spot in the band and allows you to make smaller payments over a longer period. When you pre-register you start paying down on your costumes before the launch and you get priority when choosing your costume. Pre-registration opens from November 12th, 2024, and ends on December 20th, 2024.

  • Only pre-registrants will get first pick at selecting costumes for up to 7 days before registration opens to the wider public.
  • Spot security at a reduced deposit and confirmed early bird prices.
  • Pre-registrants will have a longer time to pay off costumes. (November-June)

  • Create a profile or log into your existing user account.
  • Purchase the pre-registration package. 
  • Pre-registrants can select a costume with no additional deposit needed.
  • As a pre-registrant, you have until February 28th, 2025 to pay the remainder of the The complete deposit for a frontline costume is $350USD and for a backline/male costume is $200USD.
  • Once your deposit is paid in full by February 28th, 2025, you will have secured the early bird discount.
  • The Pre-registration package is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • This pre-registration package only applies to the 2025 season. There are no rollovers.
  • The package will be automatically applied once your costume has been added to your cart and you go to checkout.
  • Your pre-registration package can be used to select a costume until February 28th, 2025.
  • Once the deadline to pay the rest of your deposit has passed, your pre-registration package expires. This means that you are no longer considered a pre-registrant and your payment of $100USD is forfeited. You must now re-register with a new deposit ($350 for frontlines; $200 for backlines & males) if you wish to continue with the band.
  • If your pre-registration package expires, you will only be able to secure the early bird price by paying your costume in full on or before March 31st, 2025. Once the early bird is over, all unpaid balances will turn to regular prices.
  • Pre-registration packages are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person or sold on the Marketplace.
  • Unfortunately, the pre-registration packages are not eligible for refunds. For more information you can check out our refund policy here.

LARGE GROUP PRE-REGISTRATION PACKAGES

  • “Large Groups” can be made up of 6 or more friends/casual parties registering together. (Informal group)
  • Simply fill out the application form and indicate the size of your group (Must be more than 5).
  • A payment link will be sent by concierge@fuzionmas.com and the pre-registration package will be automatically added to the group’s costumes once they have been selected.
  •  
  • A group may consist of no less than 6 people
  • Group packages are available at $75USD a person.
  • All groups who pre-register enjoy guaranteed early bird prices once the costumes are paid in full by June 30th, 2025.
  • A group can increase their number of revellers after submitting their initial application before pre-registration closes. They can do so by contacting us at concierge@fuzionmas.com.
  • The group lead must submit an application to request the number of packages they wish to buy.
  • Only the head of the group can request additional pre-registration packages after the initial application.
  • All groups have until February 28th to select costumes using the pre-registration packages.
  • Pre-registration packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a package is purchased and a costume is not chosen, the pre-registration fee will not be refunded.
  • 50% of all costumes must be paid by April 30th, 2025 to guarantee production.

CONCIERGE SERVICES PRE-REGISTRATION PACKAGES

  • A Concierge Service is a travel agency/ business which organizes trips, accommodation and/or activities for a group of customers.
  • Simply fill out the application form and indicate the size of your group (Must be more than 5).
  • A payment link will be sent by concierge@fuzionmas.com and the pre-registration package will be automatically added to your group’s costumes once they have been selected.
  • A group may consist of no less than 6 people.
  • The packages are available at $75USD per person.
  • All concierge services enjoy guaranteed early bird prices once the costumes are paid in full by June 30th, 2025.
  • Only concierge service agents can increase the size of their group after the initial application is submitted.
  • Concierge service agents must submit an application to request the number of packages they wish to buy.
  • All concierge services have until February 28th to select costumes using the pre-registration packages.
  • It is advised that concierge agents purchase only packages for guaranteed members. If an agent confirms more members who want to participate and the agent wishes to add more packages before the close of pre-registration, an email can be sent to concierge@fuzionmas.com.
  • After the close of pre-registration, a concierge service can still add new members to the group, but the required deposit will then be $150USD per new customer. This will also depend on the availability of the desired costume/section. As part of the concierge group, new members will still enjoy the perks that the rest of the group has.
  • Pre-registration packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a package is purchased and a costume is not chosen, the pre-registration fee will not be refunded.
  • 50% of all costumes must be paid by April 30th, 2025 to guarantee production.
