TERMS FOR COSTUME REGISTRATION

An individual is considered a registered member of Fuzion Mas, herein referred to as ‘the Band’, ONLY when they have paid in full the deposit of $250.00 USD for a backline female or male costume or a deposit of $400.00 USD for frontline options.

You must submit your own email address and telephone number as this will ensure direct notifications for all updates concerning your costume package and updates within the Band.

COSTUME SIZING

Please ensure that the costume sizes you select are accurate at the time of registration. A sizing chart will be provided by the Band for consultation. Sizes provided at the time of registration are FINAL unless an official request for size change is made before March 1st (the start of production) or the closing of a section. Refunds will not be given if a costume does not fit at the time of collection.

FRONTLINE COSTUMES

Please be advised that revellers with a full frontline costume (feathers included) are required to wear the entire costume at the final judging point on the first day of the parade (Carnival Monday).

TUESDAY WEAR

Please be advised that all revellers are required to wear the “Tuesday Wear” provided by the Band on the second parade day (Carnival Tuesday).

RESALE OF COSTUMES              

If a reveller wishes to sell their costume, the entire order can be put up for sale on the Marketplace or the owner may sell it directly to a third party.  In the event of a third-party sale, the order will remain on the primary owner’s account, and the third party will be set as an “authorized collector”. This can be done via the “My Orders” page of the primary holder’s account.

 Upon collection, the buyer must present the following:

  • A copy of the buyer’s identification
  • A confirmation email of the buyer set as an authorized collector on the costume order. (Required for third party purchases.)
  • A clear copy of the owner’s identification (Required for third party purchases.)

N.B. The name and signature on the identification form must match those on record.

  • THIRD-PARTY OR RESALE DISCLAIMERS:
  1. Fuzion Mas does not take any responsibility for any third-party sales. This includes purchases made via third party websites or concierge travel groups.
  2. If a reveller sells their costume order, any party tickets attached to the costume (complimentary or discounted) cannot be claimed by the seller. The seller is no longer considered a reveller and cannot claim discounts offered to revellers only.
  3. If a costume remains on the Marketplace past the final payment deadline (June 30th, 2026), it will be considered unclaimed and will be forfeited by the seller along with any attached payments.

REGISTRATION PARTICULARS

  1. Deposit required for a backline female or male costume (no feathers included) – $250.00 USD
    1. Deposit required for a frontline costume (no feathers included) – $400.00 USD

Deposit required for any featherwork – $100USD

  1. The NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit only confirms your spot in the Band.
  2. Production of a reveller’s costume is only guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the costume cost by April 30th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the costume and the sums paid as of that date.

The Band reserves the right to put any costume back into inventory for sale if a reveller fails to pay at least 80% of the value of their costume by May 31st, 2026. Additionally, no refund will be awarded once the payment threshold is not met by the stipulated deadline.

  1. Any special requests for alterations/modifications to costumes are subject to Band approval and availability of production materials and must be made by March 31st
  2. All costume payments should be made in full on or before June 30th, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your costume and payment amount. This applies to orders left on the Marketplace as well.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance and will not be transferred to another reveller or costume order.
  2. Pre-registration costs are considered to be a part of the deposit and therefore will also not be refunded or transferred to another reveller or costume order.
  3. Any cancellation or refund request made on or before March 31st, 2026, will result in the reveller receiving the balance of payment after the deduction of the NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit.
  4. Any cancellation or refund request made between April 1st, 2026, and April 29th, 2026 will result in the reveller receiving the balance of payment after the deduction of 25% of the costume cost and the non-refundable deposit.
  5. Any cancellation or refund request made between April 30th, 2026, and May 31st, 2026 will result in the reveller receiving the balance of payment after the deduction of 50% of the costume cost and the non-refundable deposit.
  6. Any cancellation or refund request made after May 31st, 2026 will result in the reveller receiving the balance of payment after the deduction of 80% of the costume cost and the non-refundable deposit.
  7. Absolutely NO refunds will be given after the final payment date of June 30th, 2026. Any outstanding balances will be considered forfeited.
  8. A refund can only be processed in the same manner as the original payment i.e. via online payment, bank transfers, cash, etc.

Please note that all refunds are accompanied by a $25.00 USD processing fee.

TERMS OF COLLECTION

  • COLLECTION/DISTRIBUTION

Costumes will be available for collection from Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, to Friday, July 17th, 2026. All costumes must be collected during this period unless other arrangements were made and approved by the Band. Revellers who are unable to collect costumes between July 14th-17th must notify the band at customercare@fuzionmas.com BEFORE Monday, July 13th, 2026. Persons collecting costumes must present a valid form of identification.

  • APPOINTMENTS FOR COSTUME COLLECTION

Costume collections will be done via appointments ONLY. Appointments can be scheduled by downloading the Fuzion Mas app, available on both Apple App and Google Play stores. Only users who are registered members in the band will be able to access the app’s features. Appointment slots on the app will become available closer to the carnival season. Any issues with scheduling an appointment can be communicated via customercare@fuzionmas.com.

For revellers who are unable to physically collect costumes, delivery may also be requested via the Fuzion Mas App. All delivery requests will have a fee of $25USD minimum. Delivery fees are subject to change depending on the location.

  • THIRD PARTY COLLECTIONS

If someone is collecting your costume on your behalf the following is required:

  1. Your appointment confirmation from the Fuzion Mas App.
  2. A copy of a National Identification card/Driver’s License/Passport belonging to the reveller. No exceptions.
  3. A copy of the collectors’ own valid National Identification card/Driver’s License/Passport.
  4. A confirmation email of the third party being set as an “Authorized Collector” on the order. (This can be done via the “My Orders” page on the registration platform.)

The Band reserves the right to take photographic evidence of costume collection by revellers along with copies of personal identification and signatures on collection documents. Any costumes left uncollected on Friday, July 17th, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. are considered forfeited and will be put back into inventory for sale.
